How should I prepare before my cleaning appointment?
We ask that any excessive clutter be removed from any areas you are wanting to be cleaned. Any areas that have excessive clutter at the time of cleaning will have to be skipped.
What should I expect from my cleaning?
We offer several types of cleaning packages and we will provide you with a list of everything included in your cleaning depending on which package you choose. Deep cleaning services or "add-ons" can be added to your cleaning service at any time. We only ask that you let us know in advance so we can accommodate enough time for your cleaning.
What forms of payment do you accept?
cash, check or Venmo Payment is due at the time of service.
Can I tip you?
Absolutely! Our cleaners work very hard so if you feel like tipping them, please do!
Do you have a cancelation policy?
We understand that life happens sometimes and things are out of our control, but we do ask that if you do need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, you contact us 48 hours prior to your next cleaning appointment. An additional deep cleaning fee of 30.00 wil be added to the monthly appointments that need to be rescheduled.
Routine cleanings are as follows:
Weekly- same day/time every week
Bi-weekly- same day/time every 2 weeks
Monthly- same day/time every 4 weeks
(Please allow a one-hour arrival time window for all cleanings. Example: If you are scheduled for 11:30 am, our arrival time window should be 11:30 - 12:30.) We try to keep every appointment as close to the time as possible, but sometimes things are out of our control. We even have days when we may arrive early, so if your schedule is not flexible please let us know.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. Unless it is an emergency all calls and texts received after regular business hours will be answered the following business day. We understand that emergencies do happen and if that is the case please let us know and we will get back to you at
our earliest convenience.
We are closed for most federally recognized holidays. If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will do our best to reschedule that cleaning. If we can not find another time to accommodate you we will skip that cleaning and pick it up on your next cleaning appointment. No deep cleaning fees will be applied to appointments needing to be rescheduled due to holidays.
Holidays we are closed are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
What are your pet policies?
Pets are part of the family and we completely understand this. During the cleaning appointment, we ask that you keep your pet somewhere comfortable- not all of our furry friends like unfamiliar people in their space.
Do you have a referral program?
We love referrals! You will receive $5.00 off your next cleaning for every referral we receive from you! We love good reviews!
What is your smoking policy?
We ask that you refrain from smoking while we are servicing your home.
